I know you hear that every day, and you don't want to do it. Dang but
its a true fact of life. Eat right and exercise for good health. Well the way I do things
is in baby steps. You only have to do this for 30 minutes a day for
only 3 days a week if you choose. That's a baby step. If you want to
you can even break it down and only do 10 minutes a day 3 times a day.
What a baby step that is. The reason I am suggesting baby steps is that
getting in the grove of exercising relies on one thing. Getting started!.
I found its a true fact that getting started is what gets you on a
roll. Then you start wanting to do it without fail. I have a friend who
lost 135 pounds by just walking every day around the neighborhood
without fail. When she would come by my house and say come with me Pat,
I would say no thanks, and I thought she was crazy, who wants to walk
every day regardless of the weather or temperature, certainly not me.
