Part of the dating plan

      When I lived in Dallas, somehow a sales girl for a ladies gym called 'The Lady Cosmopolitan' started calling me for a free month membership.  The gym was not far off my route home from work.  She kept calling and working on me so I finally dropped by to take a look.  She was very persistent.  They gave me a nice coach to show me how to get on a beginner program and how to use the equipment. They measured me all over. She started me each visit with a 20 minute slow paced walk on the treadmill.  Each exercise just do 10 reps. That's easy.  But after a week it felt to easy so I upped the reps, add a little more pounds in weights and go from 20 lady curls to 40.  It was so gradual it became very easy.  After two weeks they did a measurement check and I had lost 21 inches, you  know, measuring all around my body.  I was hooked and had to do it every day before I went home from work. For a while I went every day of the week later slacking off to 5 days a week.
    There is not a set type of exercise you have to start with.  Walking, exercising with a workout video, or a dance video, or join the YMCA or a gym.  Be creative, come up with your own custom designed plan.  The celebrities hire coaches to whip them into doing it.  What ever you think will work for you just get started. The endorphins will kick in and you will be there and happy about it.
